| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | SaaS hosting, databases, storage, key management, monitoring, and transactional email | Customer account data, configured evidence data, operational logs, and email delivery details |
| Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service | Managed AI analyses, such as rule drafting help and review summaries, when a customer uses those features | The fields each feature sends; Microsoft does not use them to train models |
| Cloudflare | Public website delivery, traffic protection, and edge services | Website requests, network metadata, security events, and essential delivery data |
| Google Analytics | Aggregate website measurement, subject to regional consent rules | Page and event data, referrer and campaign parameters, device and browser information, and approximate region |
| HubSpot | Inquiry processing and customer relationship management; lead attribution from submitted inquiry details | Contact and company details, inquiry content, consent, and submitted page and campaign details |
If you connect your own OpenAI-compatible model provider instead, that provider works for you under your own agreement, not as an RJR Labs sub-processor.

Optional public proof network
Azure SQL Database Ledger is the default proof provider. Customers can choose Solana during tenant setup instead.
Solana is a public network, not an RJR Labs sub-processor. When you choose it, it receives record commitments and transaction metadata. Decision content and personal data are never published to it; they stay in your VeriProof deployment.
Your Azure subscription
Private Enterprise is coming soon to Azure Marketplace. It will run entirely in your own Azure subscription, completely separate from VeriProof SaaS, with its integrity ledger in Azure SQL Database Ledger there too. Services you select and control there work for you, not as RJR Labs sub-processors. The deployment agreement will define those services, operating responsibilities, approved regions, and access boundaries.
