Your installation runs apart from the shared service and serves its own verification documents, so a reviewer can check a record without reaching veriproof.app.
Check the release you deploy
Each release will come as a signed package with an installation record that ties your deployment to the exact VeriProof build. Releases are reproducible from their commit, so your security team can rebuild one and compare. Keep those records in your subscription for your own security and audit review. How it fits your Azure estate
Your agents connect the same way
Agents use the same SDKs and APIs as on the SaaS service, pointed at your installation. Switching later doesn't mean rewriting the integration.
Your region and retention
Choose the Azure region when you deploy. Retention and recovery follow the policies your organization sets, not a plan default.
Your Microsoft Foundry resources
Managed AI analysis uses your own model deployments and capacity, reached through managed identities rather than keys.
Your Azure bill and change process
The resources sit in your subscription, so your tagging, cost controls, and change process apply to them. Azure usage is billed to you by Microsoft; the VeriProof agreement is separate.

Private Enterprise is contract-priced. If you expect to need it, tell us about your agents and your Azure requirements, and start on VeriProof-managed SaaS in the meantime if that works for your data.
