Deal clearance simulator

A due-diligence app wants to clear a sample counterparty. VeriProof checks the clearance against legal controls before the transaction proceeds.

How the simulation works

The website proposes approval. VeriProof checks the rules.

  1. The website simulates the agent

Every prepared scenario starts with the website acting as an AI agent and proposing approval.

  2. VeriProof enforces the business rules

VeriProof checks the proposed approval against the rules prepared for this demo.

  3. The website applies the result

VeriProof returns one of five outcomes: Allow, Warn, Transform, Escalate, or Deny. The website applies that outcome to the simulated action.

In a real integration, your application applies VeriProof's result before the proposed action proceeds.

The screener's own checks

The sample app proposes clearance based on a limited set of checks.

  • Refuse a counterparty with a confirmed sanctions match.
  • Send one or two adverse-media hits for review.
  • Propose clearance for other matters. VeriProof then checks whether ownership verification is complete.

The legal controls VeriProof enforces

The legal team sets these sample controls outside the app. VeriProof checks them before clearance takes effect.

  • Stop a clearance of $1 million or more without verified beneficial ownership.
  • Stop a clearance with an unresolved sanctions match.
  • Require partner review for political exposure or at least three adverse-media hits.
