Candidate screening simulator

Run a sample candidate through a hiring app. VeriProof checks the decision against the employer’s screening rules.

How the simulation works

The website proposes approval. VeriProof checks the rules.

  1. The website simulates the agent

Every prepared scenario starts with the website acting as an AI agent and proposing approval.

  2. VeriProof enforces the business rules

VeriProof checks the proposed approval against the rules prepared for this demo.

  3. The website applies the result

VeriProof returns one of five outcomes: Allow, Warn, Transform, Escalate, or Deny. The website applies that outcome to the simulated action.

In a real integration, your application applies VeriProof's result before the proposed action proceeds.

The hiring app proposes to reject this candidate.

The app proposes rejection. VeriProof stops it because the employer requires a current bias audit for this NYC screening decision.

The hiring app's own checks

The app proposes a screening result from the match score. It leaves the audit and feature checks to VeriProof.

  • Propose advancing candidates with a match score of 75 or higher.
  • Send scores from 50 to below 75 to a recruiter.
  • Propose rejection for scores below 50, without checking the audit first.

The company rules VeriProof enforces

VeriProof checks the employer’s rules before the proposed result proceeds. The sample score thresholds are company choices.

  • Stop an automated NYC rejection when the tool does not have a current independent bias audit.
  • Stop any score that uses demographic proxy features.
  • Send a rejection with a score from 45 to below 50 to a recruiter.
