A portal for each role
Six portals, one each for the business owner, risk and compliance officer, governance engineer, developer, auditor, and administrator, all working from the same decision record.
Agent tooling is built for developers and serves them well. VeriProof is built for the business owner who funds the agent and needs it approved, and for the people who approve, operate, and audit it: risk and compliance officers, governance engineers, developers, auditors, and administrators.
Many organizations are testing agents; far fewer run them in production. Deloitte's Tech Trends 2026 reports a survey in which 38% of organizations were piloting agentic AI solutions and 11% were using them in production. Gartner forecasts that by 2027, 40% of enterprises will demote or decommission autonomous AI agents because of governance gaps found only after production incidents, and identifies binary governance, either locked down or fully trusted, as the root cause.
Neither failure is a model quality problem. Both are accountability problems. When an agent can issue a refund or change a customer record, the business needs to know which rules applied, who could approve an exception, which agents are covered, and whether the application did what the policy decided. The tools that serve developers don't produce that for the business owner, the compliance officer, or the auditor. The governance platforms that speak their language never see the action. And the work between those people, an exception to decide, a rule change to approve, a risk to accept, still runs through email and meetings.
VeriProof sits in that gap, without replacing the application, workflow engine, monitoring platform, or GRC system. The result it's built for is agentic AI that gets out of pilot, into production, and stays there.
Six portals, one each for the business owner, risk and compliance officer, governance engineer, developer, auditor, and administrator, all working from the same decision record.
Exceptions reach the person with authority, with reminders and escalation. A governance engineer's rule change for a production agent goes to an administrator or compliance officer. Missing data becomes a developer fix request. Risk decisions land with the named business owner. Auditors work inside a scoped engagement.
Check a proposed action against approved rules while the application can still continue, stop, or request human review.
Route a protected action to an authorized reviewer, in the VeriProof Inbox, by email, or in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and return a signed, structured response to the application.
Keep the relevant facts, policy version, review, application action, outcome, and integrity reference together.
Integrate policy checks into supported API, workflow, and browser paths. For browser work, retain the visual evidence selected by policy.

|---|---|---|
| AI application and workflow engine | Agent logic, tools, workflow state, and execution | Policy decisions, review checkpoints, and the recorded outcome |
| Email, chat, and meetings | General coordination between teams | Built-in handoffs between six role portals, each with an owner, a due date, and a record of who did what |
| Observability platform | Performance, traces, debugging, and operational diagnosis | Approved business context and decision evidence tied to consequential actions |
| AI safety and guardrail tools | Specialized model, content, and behavioral protections | A shared policy result and evidence of the application response |
| GRC platform | Policies, risks, controls, findings, and program management | Decision-level operating evidence from the application, and risk decisions routed to the business owner |

|---|---|
| Roles | Six role portals: business owner, risk and compliance officer, governance engineer, developer, auditor, and administrator. Access is set by role. |
| Application control | The customer application owns the protected action and uses the VeriProof decision to continue, stop, end, or pause for review. |
| Application connection | SDKs and supported adapters connect policy checks and evidence capture. OpenTelemetry capture alone does not enforce policy. |
| Ways an agent can act | API, tool, workflow, browser, and hybrid sessions use the same policy, review, outcome, and evidence process. |
| Policy | Five policy outcomes: Allow, Warn, Transform, Escalate, and Deny. The application applies the returned result. Rule changes are tested before enforcement and can run in Shadow first. Each organization sets how many approvers other than the author they need, up to two. |
| Human review | Authorized reviewers are notified by email, Slack, or Teams and decide in the VeriProof Inbox or from their own Slack message or Teams card. Slack handles routine approve and reject; Teams also collects typed responses within an administrator-set data limit. Email only notifies and links to VeriProof. Every decision is recorded in VeriProof and returned signed and structured while the application retains workflow state. |
| Evidence integrity | Each environment uses one proof provider, set when it is created: Azure SQL Database Ledger by default, or the Solana blockchain. Solana receives fingerprints, not decision content or personal data. Private Enterprise uses Azure SQL Database Ledger. |
| Deployment | Production Control and Portfolio Control use VeriProof-managed SaaS. Private Enterprise, coming soon to Azure Marketplace, will run in the customer’s Azure subscription. |
| SDKs | The 1.0.0 release includes six core SDKs and an Enforce adapter for each supported agent framework, including LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI, and the Vercel AI SDK. Every package enforces policy. Tools and SDKs shows package availability for each environment. |
What the market is showing
These findings offer different views of the market: reported adoption, a forecast of governance failures, and planned investment. They are not a single benchmark.

The business case starts with the work the agent takes on, and the time spent gathering evidence, investigating decisions, and reviewing exceptions. VeriProof’s calculator estimates value from the workload and rates entered by the user. Those estimates are not measured savings or customer results.
Plans are priced by agents and recorded decisions, and the pricing page lists current prices and limits. Buyers start with a free 60-day Developer evaluation with unlimited users and agents, 1,000 recorded decisions per month, and 14-day retention. Optional paid implementation help is scoped separately, subject to staff availability. Private Enterprise will be contract-priced and will keep customer data in the customer’s Azure subscription, isolated from veriproof.app.
