Week 1: Connect one agent and write the rules
Your developer connects the agent. Your risk or compliance lead writes the rules it must follow, in business terms, with our help.
Week 2: Run the rules in Shadow
Shadow records what the rules would have decided without changing what the agent does. You see how much work would go through on its own before anything is enforced.
Week 3: Enforce on test traffic
The reviewed rules take effect on test traffic. Exceptions go to your reviewers in the VeriProof Inbox or by email, and each decision returns to the agent.
Week 4: Readout
We go through the results together. How much work finished without review? How many exceptions needed a person, and how quickly were they decided? You also get the modeled annual value at your volumes and the records your risk team examined.
What it costs, and what you put in
The standard evaluation of one agent is $2,500 flat. Continue, and the full fee is credited to your first year. Advanced cases, such as more than one agent, are quoted.
From your side, it takes a developer to connect the agent, a risk or compliance lead to write the rules, and the reviewers who will handle exceptions in week three. The business owner joins the readout. Everything runs on test traffic, so nothing in production changes.
If the agreed criteria aren't met, you keep the readout and the records, and you owe nothing more. The fee is the whole commitment.
